Every order from The Cardboard Boxes Hub is printed to order, so the timeline has two parts: production, then transit. This page covers both.
Counted in business days from the moment you approve your proof, not from when you paid.
| Service | Production | Transit |

| Plain stock boxes | Ships next business day | 2 to 5 business days |
Complex jobs (rigid boxes, foil, window patching, large volumes) may run longer. We'll tell you at quote stage, not after you've paid.
- Free ground shipping to all 50 US states. No minimum order.
- No hidden handling or packing fees. The quoted price is the price.
- Expedited air freight is available at cost. Ask us for a figure.
- Split deliveries to multiple addresses are billed separately per destination.
- Boxes ship flat and unassembled to keep freight cost down.
- Small runs go by parcel carrier. Large runs ship shrink wrapped on pallets.
- Pallet deliveries need someone who can unload. Ask us for a liftgate if you don't have a dock.
- Big orders may arrive in several cartons or on more than one truck.
You get tracking by email the day your order leaves our facility. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show a first scan, so a quiet tracking page on day one is normal.
- Check your address at checkout. Once a job ships, we can't redirect it.
- Address corrections and re-delivery fees charged by the carrier are passed to you.
- We can't ship to PO boxes.
- Risk passes to you when the carrier collects from our facility.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The usual causes of a slip:
- Slow proof approval on your side, which pushes everything back by the same amount
- Files that arrive incomplete or off spec
- Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs
- Board or material shortages, which we'll flag before we start
